so here's the tail..the lower part i love the fin on her hips..her fins are made from liquid sculpey..the fins on her hips are from the inspiration i got from mermaid paintings of Viktor Nizovtsev, i really love his paintings..and the big fin from the movie aquamarine... putting those scales makes my eyes cross again

im gonna sculpt her hands after im done with her tail..still figuring out if im gonna put a web on her fingers or not..

The translucent fins on her hips and the translucent tailfin is great! I think the fingerwebs would complement the finned look. You could make them fleshy colored and translucent, too, and they'd look more natural on her upper body.
