so here..sorry kids..lol
it's weird that i actually put nipples cause it would be useless in the end for i will cover them with her hair..also made from clay..i'm gonna go back on my first pick..red hair..it's pretty hard to sculpt the arms...and as for her body i gave her tha aphrodite look..i am really happy that i captured the likeness of my muse thalia sodi

hmm..i think the elbows are a bit wide..im gonna lessen it....i hope i'll be finish with the arms this week so that i may begin with her hair and hands then her tail..im gonna start with her fin cause im planning to create individual scales instead of sculpting them..huh!!still can't find a clear resin!!for the water drops effects!!waaahh!!!

if you´re looking for water drops effects, something that´ll dry clear is Epoxy resin..it´s cheap, comes in a little split tube, you just squeeze it out, mix the two sides together, and it dries perfectly clear

I don't think the neck is too thick, mainly because she's full-bodied (excellent work with this by the way; there are wayyy too many stick skinny figures out in the world!). The head might be a little too large, but you're probably familiar with the three heads to make shoulder width measurement, as the talented artist you are!

But if I'm wrong about the neck, one cool way to measure is that the circumference of one's neck is about the same as half the circumference as the waist. (That's how I check pants sizes before trying them, lol. ^^)

All in all, this is definitely the most gorgeous sculpture I've seen on DA!

Can't wait to see the finished product!!!

thnx for telling me about the head..i really have to work on her shoulders and upper arm lol..i already corrected the neck im gonna post it next time..and yes there are too many skinny figures out there and i'd rather stay with the renaissance figures
