my 2nd tribute to miss naoko takeuchi...miss naoko is one of my influences on manga style artworks

my first one is really like hers while on this one i mixed a bit of "anime art style"

cause it will look odd if i make the water too realistic though it will look cool i chose not to so they blend together

sailor nepture is my most favorite sailor warrior hahaha
